Robot Vacuums Reviews

Privacy Policy

Last updated:

This policy explains what Robot Vacuums Reviews processes about you, why, and what you can ask for. It applies to every page of the site and to the emails the site sends. We keep what is needed to run the service and build no advertising profiles.

Visiting the site leaves the usual server logs: your IP address, the time, the page requested, your browser type and the referring page. They are kept for a short period to run and protect the service, which is our legitimate interest. We do not build profiles from them.

Forms carry a bot check. Traffic is measured in aggregate, without cookies or cross-site identifiers: page views and page speed, not people.

Robot Vacuums Reviews sets one cookie of its own: the session cookie after you sign in. It is strictly necessary and ends when you sign out or it expires. A short-lived security cookie may also be set to tell a browser from a bot. There is no advertising, analytics or tracking cookie, which is why there is no cookie banner.

A message through the contact form gives us your name, your email address, your message and the site you wrote from. We keep correspondence so that we can answer and refer back to it; it is not deleted on a schedule.

An account stores your email address, the display name you choose, your sign-in history, and the reviews and evidence you submit. Evidence of purchase, a forwarded order email or an uploaded receipt, is used to confirm the purchase and is never published. The confirmed facts, such as the merchant, the product and the order date, stay with the review for its life; the evidence document is deleted after 90 days, while an email you sent us is kept as correspondence.

The price on accepted evidence goes into an anonymous price statistic that is never linked to you or your review.

We use service providers for hosting, storage, email, notifications and the review of submitted content. They are located in the European Union and the United States and are bound by data processing terms to act only on our instructions.

Beyond them, no company receives personal data from us. We do not sell or rent it, and we show no third-party advertising.

You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to a use, or withdraw a consent. Write through the contact form; we answer there and may ask you to confirm the email address the data is tied to.

Two limits, stated plainly: correspondence is kept, and content that others have already copied or that search engines have indexed is beyond our reach once removed here. If you are in Switzerland you can also turn to the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner; in the European Union, to your local supervisory authority.

Robot Vacuums Reviews is not directed at anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly keep data about children. If a child has submitted something, tell us through the contact form.

The date at the top says when this policy last changed. A material change is announced on this page.

Every privacy request goes through the contact form.
